- 8 corn tortillas (8 inch)
- chicken fillet (500g)
- salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 4 tablespoon sour cream
- 2 tablespoon fresh, chopped coriander leaves
- white grapes (100 g)
- blue grapes (100 g)
- 8 lettuce leaves
Directions:
- Cut the chicken in small pieces and sprinkle with salt, pepper and curry powder.
- Preheat oven 250 degrees. In a saucepan, heat oil and cook the chicken about 5 minutes.
- Add sour cream and coriander. Pull aside the saucepan, taste it and keep warm.
- Wash and make dry the grapes and lettuce leaves.
- Put the tortillas into preheated oven about few minutes.
- Fill the tortillas with meat sauce, grapes and serve it.
