Sweet Couscous

Ingredients:

300g couscous

6 dl hot water

50g butter

4 tablespoon honey

1 vanilla

2 dl cream

500g mixed berries

6 teaspoon icing sugar

 

Direction :

Place the couscous in a bowl and pour on the water. Mix into the butter and honey. Let sit while you prepare the remaining ingredients.

    

     2.  Cut in half the vanilla, mix into the icing sugar and heated cream.

     3.  In a glass layer the couscous and berries. Finally pour on the vanilla cream and serve it.
